Lake Skadar, Montenegro
Sail the
wilderness
Private boat tours across the largest lake in the Balkans. Untouched nature, rare birds, and centuries-old fishing villages.
A lake that
breathes
Lake Skadar spans 391 square kilometres of untouched wilderness. It is home to over 280 bird species, including the Dalmatian pelican — one of the rarest birds on Earth.
Our captains know every bay, every hidden monastery, and every spot where the water lilies open at dawn. This is not a tourist ride — this is an encounter with a living landscape.

Our fleet
Each vessel is chosen for a different rhythm of exploration. From silent traditional boats to modern speedboats.

Modern speedboat
Pelikan
Built for speed and comfort. Covers more of the lake in less time, with a smooth ride even on open water.

Traditional wooden boat
Virpazar
Handcrafted wooden vessel with a silent electric motor. Ideal for photographers and birdwatchers.
Our tours
Seven ways to experience the lake. Every tour departs from Virpazar — just you, the captain, and the water.

Guest impressions
“The lake is unlike anything we have seen in Europe. Captain Ivan took us through fields of water lilies so vast they seemed endless, and the silence on the open water was something I will not forget. Absolutely magical tour.”
